3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Maintain required third-party accounts and software access
Use delivered systems in compliance with applicable laws
4. Payments & Fees
All services are subject to agreed pricing. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary frameworks, automation systems, AI workflows, strategy materials, documentation, and custom processes remain the intellectual property of Stay Ready Intelligence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own data and business materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stay Ready Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered.
7. Third-Party Platforms
We may use third-party platforms including CRM systems, analytics tools, automation software, AI providers, hosting providers, and cloud services.
We are not responsible for outages, failures, or policy changes of third-party platforms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of:
Breach of agreement
Non-payment
Misuse of services
Illegal or unethical activity
Clients may terminate services in accordance with their signed agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
